Kalo's First Migration - Inspired by author Karah Germroth's family trip to the Serengeti, "Kalo's First Migration" tells the story of a little wildebeest named Kalo and the excitement and challenges he faces on his first migration from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara in Kenya. "Kalo's First Migration" reminds us of the delicate balance between animals and people while teaching young readers about the Great Migration in East Africa. Kalo might be little but that doesn't stop him from doing great things!
